12.HARDWARE AND NETWORK SUPPORT OFFICER
12.1.Main Purpose of the Job
To develop, research, analyse , implement, commission, configure and support complex solutions - both hardware and software. The incumbent is responsible for the availability and reliability of the network systems and to maintain security, system data at the same time ensuring compliance withcompany's IT policies. In addition, the incumbent is expected to diagnose diverse and unrelated faults with the systems and provide solutions.
12.2.Qualifications and Experience
•A degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
•Relevant Industry qualification (e.g Microsoft Certified Engineer)
•A minimum of 5 years post - qualification experience in an IT Environment
