2.PLANT OPERATORS (22 Positions)

2.1.Main Purpose of the Job

This roles is responsible for the safe and proper operation of the plant and associated control structures. The incumbent will ensure that the production equipment is used efficiently and production equipment is used efficiently and production processes are carried out efficiently with minimum waste. 

2.2.Qualifications & Experience

•A Diploma/Craft certificate
•A minimum of three (3) years relevant experience
•Experience in operating a similar plant is essential

2.3.Competencies

•Computer literacy
•Interpersonal skills
•Problem solving
•Attention to detail

All positions are turnable in Francistown
