1.PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (6 Positions)

1.1.Main Purpose of the Job

To manage and supervise the production of quality edible oils and allied products, adherence to set production targets and reduction of losses. The incumbent will ensure that plant maintenance schedules are adhered to and that raw materials and packaging materials used ion the plant meet the required specifications and standards

1.2.Qualifications & Experience

•Degree Chemical Engineering and or Process Engineering or Applied Chemistry
•A minimum of three (3) years relevant post qualification experience
•Knowledge and experience of food production in general.

1.3.Competencies

•Managerial competence
•Technical competence
•Problem solving
•Results driving
•Continuous improvement

All positions are turnable in Francistown
