3.BOILER OPERATOR (3 Positions)
3.1.Main Purpose of the Job
The incumbent will operate and adjust boilers in the seam generating plant, maintaining maximum boiler efficiency by adjusting, reading and interpreting gauges, indicators and steam flow meters. The incumbent will also maintain various records and reports in boiler log, make regular checks of plant equipment as necessary, maintain site tidiness and general good housekeeping throughout the boiler plant and also ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures.
3.2.Qualifications and Experience
•Relevant Diploma / Craft Certificate
•A minimum of 5 years similar work environment of which 2 years being a Boiler Operator
•Experience of Boiler Operation in general is essential
