To plan and coordinate the promotion of industrial harmony and efficiency through the provision of equitable application of market related terms and conditions of employment.
2.2.Qualifications & Experience
•Degree in Social Sciences with specialization in Human Resources Management or related discipline
•Three (3) years post qualification experience in a similar position.
