1.TREASURY DEALER - SALES
1.1.Job Purpose
The Job holder will be expected to proactively manage the Bank's relationships with corporate customers, identify customer requirements and assist the bank in establishing solutions to these requirements in a changing economic environment.
1.2.Required Knowledge and Experience
•Bachelors Degree in Business and ACI qualification.
•Proven experience in Forex Sales in a Treasury environment is essential with strong sales and analytical skills.
•The ability to work under pressure in a stressful market condition is essential and the candidate will require solid communication and interpersonal skills to be successful in this position.
2.ACCOUNT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER - CORPORATE BANKING (GABORONE)
2.1.Job Purpose
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Banking, the role holder is responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships., maximizing business levels, service and profit performance in corporate banking. The role holder is also responsible for supporting the Head of Corporate in the development of Corporate Banking business strategy and customer risk mitigation strategies.
2.2.Required Knowledge and Experience
•The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business Studies, Economics or related field.
•Minimum of 3 years experience in relationship management or similar role.
•The position requires a person with broad based knowledge of financial products and services, financial markets and economic environments, knowledge of respective operational regulatory environment, ability to research and aggressively source new business through own initiatives and demonstrated ability to network and build own portfolio of contacts to maximize referral network.
RELATIONSHIP OFFICERS (3 Positions) SME (GABORONE X 1 AND FRANCISTOWN X2)
3.1.Job Purpose
The Job holder will be responsible for SME deal origination, due diligence reviews, credit report preparation, transaction processing, sound portfolio management, relationship management and good performance of the existing portfolio.
3.2.Required Knowledge and Experience
•The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business Studies, Economics or related field.
•Minimum 3 years experience in business finance and relationship management or similar role.
•The position requires a person with broad based knowledge of financial products and services , financial markets and economic environment, knowledge of respective operational and regulatory environment, ability to research and aggressively source new business through own initiatives and demonstrated ability to network and build own portfolio of contacts to maximize referral network.
RELATIONSHIP OFFICERS (2 Positions) HOME LOANS - GABORONE
4.1.Job Purpose
The Job Holder will be responsible for developing mutually beneficial long term relationships with Home Loan customers.
4.2.Required Knowledge and Experience
•The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business Studies, Economic, Marketing or related field
•Minimum 3 years experience in a Home Loan Relationship Management or similar role.
•The position requires a person with broad based knowledge of financial products and services, financial markets and economic environments, knowledge of respective operational and regulatory environment, ability to research and aggressively source new business through own initiatives and demonstrated ability to network and build own portfolio of contacts to maximize referral network.
