Sightsavers has a new vacancy for a HR Systems Manager to join the HR Operations team in Haywards Heath. At an exciting time of change, we’re looking for a HR Systems Manager to lead on the roll out of our new HR System, Select HR.

You’ll focus on ensuring that the systems have the relevant and accurate information and enabling colleagues to easily access HR information and make changes and requests in real time. You’ll manage the HR Operations team and develop their knowledge of HR practices to deliver a high quality transactional service ensuring procedures and practices are delivering effectiveness. You’ll work with our service provider and be the ‘go to’ person for any queries/changes connected with Select HR.

The successful candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of HR systems, preferably Select HR, together with experience of leading a global HR system rollout including e-recruitment. They will have demonstrable experience of managing and mentoring a small team, strong project management skills and a proven record of seeing solutions through to a successful resolution. The postholder will also have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to use their own initiative.
