The above posts exist in the Ministry of Youth, Sport and Culture at various Sub-Districts.

Salary Scale: D4 (P165, 300 – P182,496) per annum
Leave: 30 working days per annum

Qualifications: Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Administration or Human Resource Management.
Experience: A minimum of six (6) years relevant post qualification experience, two (2) of which should have been served at C1 or equivalent level in a parastatal or private sector organisation.

Main purpose of the job:
To supervise the administrative support services in relation to human resource, financial resource and office administration functions to ensure efficient service delivery.
Key Performance Areas:
• Facilitates professional guidance, uniform application and interpretation of the Public Service Act, Regulations, General Orders, Directives and Circulars within the Department.
• Facilitates recruitment processes such as appointments, promotions, transfers and upgrading.
• Prepares budget estimates for the Sub- District.
• Coordinates Manpower budget estimates.
• Prepares draft replies to Audit and Public Accounts Committee queries.
• Authorises payment vouchers and Casualty returns.
• Monitors expenditure of the approved budget.
• Coordinates transport usage in the Sub-District
