The primary purpose of this role is to help develop and implement the Priority Banking customer value proposition to meet the financial needs of the target affluent customers in the market.

Segment Strategy and Client Value Proposition
Assist in adapting and implementing the global client segment strategy and client value proposition to design and develop a compelling value proposition for Priority Banking in the country Undertake regular competitor benchmarking, client research and frontline feedback on a continuous basis to gain deep insights into client needs and market trends. Help develop and support formulation of sub-segment value propositions using segmentation & portfolio analytics Help support all aspects around the overall implementation of CVP strategy for Priority & International Banking for the country Maintain client email platform to ensure seamless communication is upheld Support client engagement initiatives and activities Program Management Support implementation of client management principles and framework including qualification criteria, client membership and upgrade-downgrade client experience management. Assist in developing and implementing the integrated segment marketing strategy to launch/re-launch the program value proposition and specific enablers and track program performance Collaborate with marketing in the adaptation of branding and communications guidelines for external marketing, direct marketing, website and online marketing, in-branch collaterals and internal communications Collaborate with country value streams on action plans and agendas to meet agreed timelines for successful launch of the value propositions and key supporting enablers. Assist in providing adequate communication and training available to all channels on the value proposition and related offers and specific campaigns launched from time to time | |
Qualifications & Skills

A bachelor’s degree in business or related area
Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in Retail Clients business, including customer segments and product development Professional depth in development of integrated customer strategy and value proposition, as well as marketing strategy. Ability to think creatively and out of the box in designing new offers and innovative solutions | |
