• Manage Secured and Unsecured Products within SME with focus on building and growing the business.
• Conceptualize product marketing strategies to attract and increase number of new to bank customers (i.e. sponsorships, advertorial, editorial), and coordinate planning / consolidation of marketing and product calendar. • Key liaison with Marketing Services on all Brand Management, Marketing Communications, Loyalty programs, and cost / budget management. Business Performance: • To deliver target financial performance for new acquisition by launch of new products and portfolio analysis. • Managing the profitability of the product lines. Channel Management And Initiatives: • Develop strategy for tie ups with third-party relationship to build sales volume through these channels. • Track sales volume on weekly basis and manage issues with sales momentum. • Develop sales incentive programs for all key channels. • Develop revenue point structure to drive product acquisition strategy and sales behaviour across channels. Product Marketing & Initiatives: • Develop campaigns by working closely with Marketing Services and advertising agencies to conceptualise and execute innovative advertising. • Responsible for driving continuous improvement in all communications (letters, website, advertising). • Build brand equity for SME products through PR and Marketing activities. • Manage and maximise marketing budget. . Process: • Identify recurring customer complaints and work with Service team to solve root cause of issues. • Participate in process improvement events. • Liaising with Credit, Ops and other stakeholders to solve the Sales process issues. | |
