QUALIFICATION:Diploma in Public Administration / Human Resource Management or related fields
REQUIREMENTS:
Atleast 2years
Age between 25-45years

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Manages and supervises subordinates staff
-Provides professional advice and guidance on HR Administration and Management in line with statutes.General orders,Pension Act and Public service Act.
-Interprets terms and conditions of service to staff and advices management on matters of HR management and Development.
-Monitors manpower budget
-Conducts manpower to facilitate employee resourcing and training to address perfomance gaps.
-Adhere to all relevant service standards
-Monitors effectively the operations of Records Management Unit
-Under take any other related duties as required to meet the exigencies of the service.
