SALARY SCALE: B1 (P52 140- P62 292 per annum)
BENEFITS:
i) Optional contributory Medical Aid Scheme (Government pays 50% and employee 50%).
ii) Contributory Pension Scheme (Government pays 15% and employee 5%).
iii) 20 working days per annum
QUALIFICATIONS
To be considered for appointment, applicants must have a Certificate in Archives and Records Management from a recognised institution.
EXPERIENCE
At least four (4) years relevant work experience, two (2) of which should have been served as Records Assistant-B/2 in the Public Service or its equivalent in the Private Sector.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To provide records management services to the Francistown Division of the Court.
DUTIES
• Sorts, registers and dispatches mail.
• Files records.
• Maintains current and semi-current records.
• Retrieves files for Action Officers.
IMPORTANT
All applications from serving Public Officers must be routed through their Heads of Departments and Permanent Secretaries. Applications not so routed will not be considered.
