1.ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
1.1.Job Purpose
Self motivated with strong organisational skills, you will facilitate the efficient operation of our organisation. This includes overseeing the management and maintenance of the premises and facilities. Providing Key support to the operations of the company you will show understanding and compliance with organisational policies and procedures, including health and safety issues.
1.2.Requirements
•Bachelors Degree from an accredited University in Public Administration or Business Management
•3 years experience in a similar role.
•Excellent writing and Computer skills.
2.ACCOUNTS PAYABLE OFFICER
2.1.Job Purpose
As a detail oriented, analytical thinker, you will perform accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions. With a high degree of accuracy you will ensure all accounts payable activities are completed efficiently, on time and in line with agreed processes and standards.
2.2.Requirements
•With a strong work ethic, you will show initiative and hold an Accounting Degree or AAT and a professional Accountancy qualification. Membership of BICA is essential
•3 years full function experience in an accounting role, you will demonstrate proficiency in accounting software packages (e.g quickbooks/AccPac/Pastel/SAP)
•You will also understand the age analysis of accounts, general ledger structures as well as accounts payable and general accounting procedures.
3.TERMINAL OPERATOR (Gaborone Depot Based & Francistown Depot Based)
3.1.Job Purpose
Highly organised and skilled at multitasking, you will be required to carry out all activities related to the receipt and handling of petroleum products from various sources into Botswana Oil Limited Storage facilities.
3.2.Requirements
•Minimum of a Junior Certificate, preferably having completed your Secondary education with 2 to 3 years work experience in the Oil Industry,
•Good command of written and spoken English and Setswana
•You should be computer literate
