1.1.Requirements
1.1.1.Qualifications
•University Degree in Business Administration or related qualification
•Certificate in Event Management is an added advantage
1.1.2.Professional Experience
•Initial experience (internship or similar) in this area is desired for this junior professional position
•Ensure compliance with standard practices, regulations and statuses.
1.1.3.Other knowledge, additional competencies
•Outstanding knowledge of general administration
•Very good working knowledge of ITC Technologies (related software, phone, fax, email, the internet) and computer applications eg. MS Office
•Willingness to up-skill as required by the tasks to be performed - corresponding measures are agreed with management
•Some knowledge of external commercial developments and emerging best practice
•Ability to clearly and concisely express ideas and concepts in written and oral form
•Ability to establish harmonious working relations in an international and multicultural environment
•Integrity with regards to transparent and proper procurement practices, and principles of accounting.
