The company is looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to fill the position of Premium Administration Team Leader within the Operations Department, tenable in Gaborone.
Reporting to Head of Operations, the incumbent will be responsible for organizing and supervision of premium administration activities to ensure timeous and accurate allocation of premiums into client policies.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Supervision of premiums collection.
- Checking of allocation of premiums to client policies
- Follow up on unreconciled payments for effective clearing of the suspense account and appropriate premium allocation into client policies.
- Processing of tape and government rejections.
- Production of lapse exception report.
- Management of relations with payroll officers.
- Handling of client queries.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Business administration or equivalent
- Certificate of Proficiency (Long Term Insurance)
- Three years experience in a premium administration or collections environment, with at least two years experience in a life Insurance or Banking environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
