VACANCY : RESOURCE CENTRE ASSISTANT (1 POST - GABORONE )

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
- Assist the Resource Centre technician with operating available printers
-Operate various finishing equipment such as binding machines (spiral and glu binding ), paper cutting machine and paper folding machine
-Take orders and notify staff of job completion
-Helps to ensure that the Resource Centre maintains a sufficient stock of supplies to meet anticipated customer demands, thus avoiding delays in production or lateness of production by managing the on - hand inventory of paper products and supplies through daily spot checks of stocks and ordering sufficient stock in advance of the date required for use
-Contributes to the overall success of the Resource Centre by performing other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS :
- BGCSE
-Certificate in Office Management /Office Assist or Computers will be an added advantage

EXPERIENCE :
- 1 year experience in handling computers and printers,photocopying and printing
