Requirements
Responsibilities include:
- Operational management and maintenance of Franchise standards
- Excellent customer service execution
- Health, safety and security
- Stock management
- Administrative duties, report writing etc.
- Financial management
- Human Resource management
- Sales and promotions execution
Skills Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years management experience.
- Able twork flexible shifts - including weekends, holidays & evenings
- Management experience or a business management qualification
- Strong administrative/ report writing skills and computer literate
- Must have contactable references.
- Industry experience will be preferential
