Reports to: Executive Chef

Main purpose of the job
To plan and supervise the production and service of food

Requirements

Key Performance Areas:

1. Food preparation and control
2. Food and beverage quality control

Education: National Craft Certificate in Hospitality or related field

Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in catering in either a hotel or canteen environment. A detailed hand on knowledge of kitchen and food preparation procedures is essential
