INTEGRATED FACILITIES MANAGER - BOTSWANA ACCOUNTANCY COLLEGE (BAC)

Main Purpose
As Facilities Manager you will have a successful track record of delivering outstanding buildings and estate management. You will be mandated to manage the daily operational activities of a campus Integrated Facilities Department to ensure maintenance and facilities services are delivered efficiently, professionally and in a timely, cost efficient manner. You will be expected to deliver on the strategic objectives and oversee all aspects of facilities services. Key strategic objective being delivery of physical infrastructure and space optimisation. Management of all health and safety matters, including advising on risk assessments, policies and codes of practice.

Requirements

Academic Qualification and Experience:

• Degree in estate management plus five 5 years’ experience at senior level in facilities management and estates management.
• MBIFM or SAFMA membership and qualification preferred.
