1.1 job purpose
• business development and management of customers accounts
• cash management ad debt collection
• daily baking and reconciliation with the credit controller
• periodical reporting of business activities
• assists the branch manager in coordinating and supervising branch activities
• coordinate procurement process
• participate fully in health and safety activities
• stock control and production management
• customer satisfaction surveys/ cares and attend to customer queries
1.2 background / experience required
• diploma in accounting / business management / business administration or equivalent qualification
• 2 years experience in accounting field, business administration is an added advantage
• Health and safety conscientious
• SAP knowledge will be added advantage
• Valid driver’s license
1.3 behavioural skills
• a self starter who is able to work at extended hours without supervision
• able to form a good relationship with colleagues and connect well with other departments
• strong personality
• able to work under pressure to meet targets
• god communication (oral and written) and networking skills
• initiative and able to implement change
• computer skills
• ability to listen and carry out instructions timely
