2.MANAGEMENT ANALYST I - 1 Post (Gaborone)

Vacancy Numbers: QA01BI (Gaborone), QA02BB (Francistown)

•Salary: C1 (P123 168 - 147 180) Per Annum
•Leave: 30 working days Per Annum
•Benefits: Optional Medical Aid Scheme (Government Pays 50%, Employee 50%), Contributory Pension Fund ((Government Pays 15%, Employee 5%)

2.1.Main Purpose of the Job

To be responsible for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of critical business processes in the Office of the Ombudsman.

2.2.Qualifications & Experience

•Applications must have completed a minimum of 3 years Management Analyst II and have passed the Certificate and Diploma in Management Services of the Institute of Management Services (IMS) or acceptable equivalent qualification.
