3.GRADUATES TRAINEES - HUMAN RESOURCES (2 Positions)
3.1.Job Requirements
•Recent Graduates with Degree in Human Resources Management/Social Sciences or equivalent
•Must be a self starter, dynamic individual, highly organised and able to work with and learn from people at all levels in the organisation
•Computer literacy
•Previous industrial training or two years' experience in a mining environment would be an added advantage.
3.2.The Challenge
Successful applicants will be taken through a highly structured in house and off site training programme that will equip them with the required legal, technical and leadership competencies, to enable them to assume substantive leadership positions in Human Resources partnering with our various operations.
ARTISAN RIGGER
2.1.Job Requirements
•4 years Apprenticeship with an NCC qualification
•At least 3 years practical experience as an Artisan Rigger in a dynamic industry
•Must have a valid driver's license
INTERNAL AUDITOR
1.1.Job Requirements
•Degree in Accounting/Internal Auditing/IT or related field
•Certified Internal Auditing certification
•At least 3 years post qualifications experience in an Internal or external auditing environment.
•Proficiency in Internal Audit/Risk management, data extraction software's, IT Systems Audit exposure would be an added advantage
•Knowledge of TeamMate/ACL will be an added advantage
