CULTURE AND CHANGE MANAGER
Reports to: Manager – Business Excellence
Main purpose of the job;
This role is primarily responsible for driving culture and change strategy of DTCB and to provide specialist support and advice for any business transformation. In collaboration with business, this role also helps manage all change and transformation initiatives and advises on stakeholder management to obtain buy-in and support of these initiatives.

- Leadership of Culture and Change Management initiatives related to Strategy 2020
- Functional support for the execution of organisation culture and change plans
- Tracking/measurement of change success
Qualifications: A degree in Industrial Psychology, Human Resource Management or related qualification Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), ACPM, PROSCI, or ADKAR Certification would be an advantage
Experience: At least Six (6) years Change and Culture management post qualification experience in a similar environment using any of the above change management models and frameworks
