VACANCY CIRCULAR NO 17 OF 2015

Applications are invited from suitably qualified citizens for the above post in Administration of Justice.

Qualifications: Candidates must have COSC/BGCSE certificate, with credits in English and Setswana.

Salary Scale: B5/3 (P 26 832 – P 45 768) per annum

Leave: 20 working days per annum.

Benefits: Optional contributory Medical Aid Scheme. (Government pays 50% and Employee 50%).

Pension: Contributory Pension Fund (Government pays 15% and Employee pays 5%).

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

• Registers cases and maintains case registers
• Dispatches writs and summons to relevant persons/ organizations
• Files cases records and document and
• Assists the public on simple routine procedures of the registration of cases
