Depot/Dealer Manager
Scania Botswana - Francistown Branch

Summary
The Dealer Manager is responsible for the overall management and day to day business activities of the Dealership/Region, including business development, sales and management control. They are responsible for achieving financial performance targets and business objectives.

Requirements

Requirements:
Education and/or Experience

• Education in a relevant discipline
• Relevant business knowledge and experience in a similar role
• Extensive managerial and leadership experience preferably in the heavy vehicle or a related industry

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• A sound knowledge of the heavy truck and bus industry
• Effective negotiation and influencing skills
• A high level of analytical, innovation and business skills
• People management skills
• Clear understanding of management accounts
• Effective time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines
• Ability to identify opportunities for business development
• Ability to take initiative and work under pressure
• Ability to build and manage key relationships
• Fluent in English
• General computer skills
• Code EC driver’s license
