POSITION: ANALYSIS AND PREVENTION TEAM MEMBER
Main Purpose of the Job:
To be responsible for monitoring Q-data, development and implementation of corrective measures when deviations occur according to procedures, requirements and target setting as per management decision and Quality Management System of Kromberg & Schubert.

Industrial Engineering Degree or any other relevant field.
Three (3) years post qualification experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Experience in Quality management in the automotive preferred
Experience in Technical Documentation and Change Management for Industrial Products
Experience and specialist knowledge of work preparation / IE and Production
Key Responsibility Areas:

Intensive investigation on Internal and External Failures
Coordination of problem solving meetings on Internal and External Failures
Originator of Corrective Actions on Failures
Coordinate implementation of Corrective Actions
Monitoring and effectiveness analysis of corrective Actions.
Escalation of non-implemented actions if needed
Continuous updating of the Failures, Causes and Actions“ database and the escalation thereof once per month to the Quality Manager
Updating and Creation of FMEA.
Coordination of all required actions during escalations
Reporting and communication during the escalations and improvement programs
