POSITION: QS MANAGER CUSTOMER
Main Purpose of the Job:
To be responsible for monitoring Q-data, development and implementation of corrective measures when deviations occur according to procedures, requirements and target setting as per management decision and Quality Management System of Kromberg & Schubert.

Minimum Requirements
Industrial Engineering Degree or any other relevant field.
Three (3) years post qualification experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Experience in Technical Documentation and Change Management for Industrial Products.
Knowledge of Ishikawa, FTA, 5 W-Analysis, 8 D-Report; FMEA
Knowledge of Q-Data system
Good knowledge of statistics (QRK, Pareto and Capability Testing)
Quality inspection, auditing and testing experience
Experience with implementation of corrective action programs.
Key Responsibility Areas:
Three (3) years post qualification experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Experience in Technical Documentation and Change Management for Industrial Products.

Coordination and training of Quality Assurance Shift supervisors,processing customer claims, definition and monitoring of actions after customer visits and or audits, drawing up FMEA/KPV as per K & S Quality standards.
Make recommendations on improving quality best practices within the organization.
All reasonable measures to ensure workplace safety and security of property and personnel.
Represents the plant at customer and suppliers in Quality matters.
Evaluating the FB-Team actions.
