PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
• To provide secretarial services and manage the office of the supervisor.
The applicant should possess the following:
• A minimum qualification of National Diploma/Higher National Diploma in secretarial studies.
• At least two (2years) satisfactory service as a typing pool supervisor/personal secretary.

CORE DUTIES
• Makes appointments for people seeking audience with the supervisor, ensures that appointments do not coincide.
• Reminds the supervisor of scheduled meetings and makes available relevant files/documents before the meeting.
• Makes travel arrangements by booking flights and / or hotel accommodation and any other pre-travel arrangements.
• Intercepts telephone calls to supervisor and identifies caller and purpose of call.
• Receives calls and directs them to the appropriate action officer.
• Organizes and coordinates official meetings, functions and conferences.
• Undertakes any other related duties as required to meet the exigencies of the service.
