2. Manager Financial Analysis x1 (Band 3)
Main Purpose of the Job
Reporting directly to the Director Funding, the Officer is responsible for the provision of overseeing and coordinating the budget and funding of public Education and Training institutions, as well as financial control to ensure effective utilisation of funds and creating a proper work environment for the team, and manage its resources for achieving its goals.

1. Human Resources Manager – Performance & Rewards x1 (Band 3)
Main Purpose of the Job
Reporting directly to the Director Human Resource, the Officer is responsible for the Coordination and supervision of the provision of staff relations and welfare, as well as performance, reward and remuneration management.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Responsible for reviewing, analysing and ensuring alignment with National Human Resource Development Plans and also monitoring training in workplaces.
Fund Assessor x 1
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Supervise the processing and evaluation of applications for reimbursements from theLevy Fund, in strict compliance with the Fund rules and regulations as well as established agreements with other stakeholders such as BURS.
HR Officer Recruitment & Training
Main Purpose of the Job
Reporting directly to the HR Manager, the Officer is responsible for coordinating HRDC’s recruitment and selection process as well as its training and development programme.
Executive Secretary
Main Purpose of the Job
To manage the Chief Operations Officer office and provide secretarial services thereto.
