JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Director, Science Delivery, the Surveys Manager will implement the strategic objectives of the Science Delivery Directorate through multidisciplinary geological, geochemical, geophysical and geotechnical surveys and re-surveys at all scales, with appropriate lithological, geochronological and stratigraphic descriptions as required by the core BGI science programmes. To manage the seismological network and the BGI laboratories and associated mineral dressing and sample preparation.
