FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER - WALMONT & METCOURT INN
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage all Food & Beverage outlets
Manage effective communication with all departments
Responsible for the generation of financial budgets, including all costs and revenues
Liaison with Marketing Department to maintain and monitor PR
Promotion and marketing of all the Food & Beverage outlets
Responsible for development of staff and all new appointments within the department
Control of all F&B areas in accordance with the policies and procedures of the company
Manage and continuously strive to improve standards and quality of customer service
Manage and oversee the procurement of all operating equipment
Manage and ensure correctness of daily revenue and stock count
Ensure IR/HR policies and procedures are applied consistently throughout the F&B department
To manage employee performance in accordance with our policies and procedures
Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Formal qualification such as a Hotel School Diploma or University Degree directly related to Food & Beverage is required
5 years Food & Beverage Management experience in a senior position
Computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel is required
Knowledge of Micros, Opera Food & Beverage and Opera Sales & Catering knowledge will be an added advantage
Excellent communication skills and guest liaison required
