Reporting to Head of Consumer and Small Office Home Office (SOHO) accounts, the incumbent will manage all front end personnel responsible for customers’ orders, complaints and enquiries, at the BTC stores, where necessary through the Store Supervisors and decide and distribute targets to stores and personnel based on store size, potential and historical number of transactions and customers. The incumbent will rotate around all the stores that fall under their area of responsibility to observe, support and interact with personnel on site. Manage relationship with dealers and motivate for sales in the indirect channel.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification with five (5) years’ experience in Consumer and Small Office Home Office (SOHO) Accounts management in which two (2) years’ should have been on the telecommunications or ICT sectors. Experience in the indirect market and Membership of a professional body will be an added advantage.
