Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Manager, the System Administrator will be responsible for installing and maintaining all BTC server systems and ensure that all servers are fully backed up. The incumbent will monitor the servers’ performance and identify problems that need to be resolved by the infrastructure team as well as undertake light programming activities in response to users’ requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Computer Science or Information Science related qualification with three (3) years’ experience. Experience in Project Management methodologies and working in an ITIL compliant environment is compulsory plus formal ITIL certification and Microsoft Certification.
