PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO GENERAL MANAGER- SUPPORT SERVICES AND HUMAN RESOURCE
The incumbent will be responsible for typing and composing letters, minutes, memorandum, board papers, and reports for the office in order to enhance efficiency. They will maintain the calendar, schedule and diarise General Manager’s appointments to ensure effective and smooth running of the office. Futhermore, they will receive, screen and prioritise incoming enquiries. They will be responsible for logistical arrangements for managerial staff such as accommodation bookings, allowances, and making transport arrangements.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in Secretarial Studies or equivalent with three (3) years professional experience as a Personal Assisstant.
