L2 VMware VDI Support Administrator (IT Role)

Adima Batswana is looking for a professional and self motivated individual to perform IT duties

Job Function
o VMware Infrastructure  Administration  and  Management
o Installations for security patches, functional patches and version upgrades.
o Performance tuning of ESX server.  Document support processes.
o Interact with Service desk supervision team for Verification of solutions.
o Maintain Compliance with Corporate Security Policies
o Responsible for restoration of data.
o Provide 2nd level systems support.
Requirements
At least a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or related qualification.
o A minimum of 3 years experience in VMware
o Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written).
o Good documentation skills.
o Should have excellent customer handling skills.
o Proficient on VMware technologies.
