Chef Lecturer
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To lecture to students on daily activities of the class or assignment as required by the School.
Looking for lectures in Culinary Arts, Professional Cookery 'CHEF', Barista Skills, Hospitality & Catering and Food & Beverage Skills or any qualification for the field of Culinary Arts.
1. DUTIES:
• Provide support in academic work including practical activities
• Provide mobility
• Assist in practical work for students.
• Undertakes any other related duties assigned by the school Heads or Supervisor
• Undertakes any other duty required to meet the exigencies of the service
2. REQUIREMENTS:
• Copy of Omang (valid and certified)
• 2 references
• Certified copies of certificates
• Having served in a Culinary Arts institution is an advantage
• Having BQA/BOTA accreditation is also an added advantage.
• Holding a Level 3(or equivalent) in Professional Cookery
