PROGRAM DEVELOPER/COORDINATOR

Fully registered training institution is seeking to fill the above position

1.1 ROLE
• Develop course work in compliance with BQA standards and requirements
• Monitor budgets for training and ensure logistics are to standard
• Negotiate with corporate clients on training date
• Liaise with international affiliates and regional offices
• Ensure compliance with BURS on tax issues and ensure proper record keeping
• Prepare documentation for internal audits

1.2 REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum degree in either accounting, finance, commerce, economics or business
• Must be a BQA accredited trainer
• Must be registered with BICA for accounting and/or finance degree holders
• Must have knowledge of and stayed legally in Swaziland, Lesotho or Namibia for not less than 2 years
