1.1.Job Purpose

An ambitious and dynamic person of sound technical knowledge, with a proven track record is sought. You must be very serious about "first time right" standards and have vast ex[experience as a qualified Tractor mechanic. 

1.2.Competencies

•Professional, well versed in hydraulics
•Methodical and systematic in approach to record keeping
•Ability to implement and monitor processes and procedures
•A quality fanatic to control standards of work done by the workshop
•Ability to run the productivity measurement programme
•Training of designated staff - transfer of skills

1.3.Minimum Requirements

•Previous Massey Ferguson tractors hands on mechanic experience
•Knowledge of tractors electrical
•Understanding of tractors electronic
•Minimum of 1 year work experience as a diesel mechanic

NB: Previous experience on other brands of tractors will be an added advantage
