VACANCY CIRCULAR NO 1 OF 2015

Applications are invited from suitable qualified teachers to teach reception classes at Primary Schools in South East Region. This invitation is open only to those who have a teaching qualification and are Batswana Citizens.

QUALIFICATIONS: Diploma or Degree in Education in early Childhood Education &Training.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Temporary- 12 Months.

SALARY SCALE: Diploma C4 (P 64 632 –P77 208 Per annum)

Degree C3 (P 80 112 – P 95 748 per annum)

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Teaching pre primary school pupils based on prescribed syllabus, supervising, guiding and counseling pupils, maintaining records and participating in extracurricular activities.

• Certified copy of Academic Transcripts
• 2 References ( Recent 6 Months)

• Speak English & Setswana fluently
• Passion for working with children of ages 3.5 to 5.5
• Ability to plan effective learning and care programs
• Ability to guide and facilitate play as part of the learning process
• Ability to work extra hours
• Team player and friendly
