VACANCY CIRCULAR NO. 4 OF 2015
SALARY SCALE: C4 (P62 136- P74 232 per annum)

The above vacancy exists in the Industrial Court. The Industrial Court is a Court of law and equity, which exists to provide a professional, efficient, effective and just service in the settlement of trade disputes.

Self-driven, efficient and resourceful candidate is sought to fill the above position. Priority will be given to citizens of Botswana.

BENEFITS:

i) 25 working days per annum

QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered for appointment, applicants must have a Diploma in Law.

DUTIES

• Dispatches Writs and summons to relevant persons/organisations.
• Complete Returns of Service.
• Sell attached properties by Public Auction to the highest bidder.
• Prepare Inventories of property attached.
• Carry out clerical duties in the Court Registry.
