Village Administrator

Our client is looking for a Village Administrator to join their team in Gaborone and Francistown.

The Village Administrator is responsible for supervising all financial and administrative activity within the village, ensuring that all financial and administrative policies and procedures are followed. Tasks and responsibilities include;
Ensuring financial resources are used appropriately and efficiently
Performing detailed financial tasks.
Purchasing and entering relevant financial information on the financial system under the guidance of the finance department.
Ensures all accounting and finance-related documents are properly filed and archived.
Maintains an updated petty cash book.
Should be studying or completed AAT, DABS or equivalent professional experience
The candidate will ideally possess some purchasing and ledger experience, as well as being computer literate.
