Position: Assistant Human Resources Officer
Main purpose of the job: To provide HR Management services and support with respect to recruitment and placement, administration of HR Information Management system, Performance Management, Occupational Health and Safety and Employee Welfare to enhance the attraction retention and motivation of staff.

• Recruitment and Placement
• Coordination and implementation of computerised HR Information System
• Timely production of HR reports
• HR policies and procedures interpretation
• Staff Welfare and counselling Services
• Support training and development of staff Performance Management System
• Assist in the implementation of Health and Safety Programmes

Qualifications: Degree in Human Resource
Management/Industrial Psychology/B Com Management.
Membership of Professional Human Resource Association is desirable.

Experience: At least three (3) years’ experience in Human Resources related environment.

Remuneration: US$ 30, 222 per annum
