LOOKING FOR DYNAMIC PROFILES WITH ACTIVE BACKGROUND IN SPORT ACTIVITIES

The Francistown School of Tennis is looking for 2 young individuals (16 to 30 years old) passionate about sport and with an active background in sport activities at a competitive level (in any sport code; all sport codes relevant). The successful candidates will be trained as Assistant Coaches to work on Coordination, Balls Skills, and early tennis development with children aged 4 to 10 years old.

The following skills/attributes are a MUST:
• Competitive record in any sport code
• Passion for sport activities (as a player)
• Love for children
• Passionate about introducing children to sport and working on skills development with children aged 4 to 10
• Articulate in English and Setswana
• Positive attitude and professionalism
• Sense of commitment and passion for what you do
Note that it is not a requirement to have played tennis competitively as you will be trained on basic tennis skills by an experienced coach.

One position will be geared towards marketing and sales and will therefore require strong sales and customer service skills with a genuine interest in relationship management.

The other position will be more geared towards physical training (knowledge in this area would be an advantage) and re-stringing (training provided).
