Key performance areas
As HR Project Manager you will have the exciting challenge to support the Sandvik Benelux organizations in the areas of organizational development, process improvement and change management. You identify, evaluate and manage risks to the business relating to all relevant HR related activities and provide a consultancy service that delivers best practice and commercially focused HR solutions that support the organization in line with specialist HR functions.
As HR Project Manager you also initiate and execute activities which support the organization-wide human resources strategy and align with the organization's vision and its current and long-term business objectives at a country or local business unit level. Furthermore, you also coach and guide the organization in all change management and organization development programs.
Your profile
You are an experienced HR Professional with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in a Senior HR Leader or Business Partner role. You have managed Human Resources projects before in a fast moving and changing business environment, using operational excellence concepts (like Lean and Six Sigma). You have strong communication skills (both Dutch and English), combined with good conflict management skills and change management skills. You are also able to prioritize well, and possess excellent emotional and cultural intelligence.
In addition, you are also able to manage and implement people processes and HR solutions, have good knowledge of local labor and employment laws and understanding of their impact on the business. You are degree educated; preferably have a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
