BRANCH MANAGER
ROLES AND KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
The Branch Manager is responsible for managing the entire restaurant team, maintaining operational standards, safeguarding restaurant assets and ensuring excellent and or superior customer service. The manager also needs to ensure that the brand integrity and image is protected and stays intact. Provides leadership and day to day supervision on the running and delivery of the various operations of the business.

The Branch Manager is also responsible for directing, coordinating and monitoring all sales and maintaining a track record of the branch's operations as well as managing staff performance, staff welfare and maintaining team discipline.
ASSISTANT MANAGERS

The Assistant Manager helps the manager in ensuring that the brand integrity and image is protected and stays intact. Assumes an acting role in the absence of the Branch Manager. Assists the Branch Manager with the day to day supervision regarding the running and delivery of the various operations of the business.

The job of a Supervisor includes ensuring that the day to day targets of the Branch are planned, clearly communicated, understood, and met by the team members. The job includes offering on the job coaching, technical assistance and timely support to team members.

The Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the tasks and issues work instructions to team members to ensure assigned duties are achieved on time, effectively and efficiently. The supervisor also ensures that subordinates have the necessary material resources to effectively perform their duties.

A kitchen Team Member is a generic position and involves a variety of duties. This person is a utility employee, likely involved with food preparation, food storage, cleaning up and assisting other kitchen staff members. Bussing of tables and janitorial duties are often a part of a kitchen helper's job, Helpers may also scrape food from dishes to prepare them for the dishwasher, although this task is often delegated to the dishwashing position.
The role also includes accurately and efficiently preparing customer orders on time and as per specifications; performing any other duties relating to food preparation; planning, directing and supervising the activities of the kitchen team members.

The primary responsibilities of the Cashier position are to maintain helpful customer service, process sales quickly, accurately, and efficiently, and cash register operations. The Cashier is in charge of the cash register and all transactions relating to receiving the various modes of payments by customers and balancing the register at the end of the shift.

College Education or Form 5 or equivalent work experience
Relevant qualification in HOSPITALITY
FRM Leadership skills
Excellent knowledge of Retail Group
Excellent presentation, written communication and oral communication skills required
Ability to Multi Task and deal with several projects simultaneously
