SECURITY SUPERINTENDENT ASSURANCE

Reports to: Manager – Security Services

Main purpose of the job
This role is primarily responsible for providing effective and efficient security assurance services so as to contribute to preventing loss of diamonds and other assets.

Requirements

Key Performance Areas:
The successful candidate will be responsible for among other things:

• Developing security assurance processes and procedures
• Determination of potential risk areas and development of mitigations
• Analysis and reporting of security and diamond system information
• Developing investigation framework and guidelines related to all security and diamond processing incidents
• Assess and report on all security controls in accordance to set standards and frameworks and implement corrective measures.
• Security and integrity of the product

Qualifications: Security Management Degree or equivalent qualification

Experience: Five (5) years’ experience in the diamond industry, three of which must be as a diamond auditor, investigations environment or data analysis with relevant knowledge of security and/or diamond audit systems and processes
