Reporting and taking instructions from the Principal Officer, benchmarking on best customer service practices and perform daily office duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- BGCSE plus any short course certificate
- Certificate in Customer Service or Public Relations will be an added advantage
- Proven work experience or attachment
