PR / MARKETING MANAGER

Job description

This position provides leadership and coordination of New Era College programs and marketing functions. The Candidate seeks new ways to create, design and promote the college products and services in a cost-effective manner including securing sponsorships. This position has supervisory responsibilities.

Oversee the planning and development of all the Organizations public relations strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both internal and external.

• Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of:- a comprehensive PR and Communications program that will enhance the Organization’s image and position within the marketplace and the general public, and facilitate internal and external communications; - all PR and Communications activities and materials including publications, media relations, client acquisition and so forth.
• Achieve marketing operational objectives by contributing marketing information and recommendations to the Company’s strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Master's degree in Mareting or Public Relations, Business administration and/or any other related qualification.
• At least 5 years experience, marketing communications, brand ownership, with experience in a management position.
