1.CREDIT VALUER

1.1.Job Purpose

Responsible for inspecting fixed property and determining building progress or the most probable open market value of such property, based on market research on comparable sales and the current economic cycle, as to best protect the interest of the financier and client in order to minimize risks in accordance with the bank's policy.

1.2.Minimum Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

•Diploma in Property Valuations and Real Estate
•Registered with the Real Estate Institute of Botswana
•Two (2) years residential and commercial property valuation experience
•Proficiency in computer applications (Windows, Outlook, Excel Level I and II and word Level I AND II)
•Excellent knowledge of technical, architectural and engineering drawings
•Knowledge of the system and processing activities.
•Comprehensive knowledge and experience of construction and building practice, procedures and materials
•Comprehensive experience in property valuation
•Excellent interpersonal skills
•Analytical skills
•An eye for detail
