1.GRADUATE MINING ENGINEERS
1.1.Job Summary
Reporting to the Senior Mining Engineer, the incumbents as part of the development will follow the development program which centers on the contract mining business value chain from drilling, blasting, loading and hauling as well as support services for the business functions.
1.2.Job Requirements
•Graduate in Mining Engineering or equivalent
•Entry level experience
•Botswana blasting license holder will be an added advantage
•Experience or exposure on Mining systems and Mine Planning packages will be an added advantage
1.3.Key Responsibilities
The Graduate Engineers will work under the guidance of Senior Mining Engineers to achieve the following:
•Drilling and blasting process optimization
•Loading and hauling process optimization
•Mine planning and scheduling for the project
•Dispatch system use, reporting and optimization
